The Frontier Ultra-Low + Layout Seat Base is multi-function. First, for regular paddling, it drops the seat height to just a few inches above the track level to provide optimal balance and stability. It does not allow for 360 Mobility. Second, reclines to become a Layout Seat Base for waterfowl hunting applications.
